To assess your project enquiry, prepare a written scope and reply to you. Nothing else — we do not profile you, do not build advertising audiences from this form and do not pass it to anyone.
Lawful basis:
GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not ask for your consent for this and do not rely on it, so there is nothing here to withdraw; instead you have the right to object under Art. 21 and the right to erasure under Art. 17.
What is stored:
The fields you fill in, the estimator answers you carried over, the page you sent it from, a salted hash of your IP address (kept for abuse handling — the address itself is never stored) and the timestamp.
Retention:
24 months for enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, then deletion. If we do work together, the contract retention period in the service agreement applies instead.
Recipients:
Our own mail and application server only. No advertising network, analytics provider or CRM receives this form.

  • Computer, laptop or mobile device repair
  • Password, account or data recovery on behalf of third parties
  • Unsolicited outbound calls or "your device has a virus" support offers
  • Any service supplied to a natural person acting outside a trade or profession
