Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

This website, oneptgrupposauhing.com, is operated by 1PT Grupp Osaühing, an Estonian private limited company, registry code 11481296, EU VAT EE101404152, registered office A. Puškini tn 43, 20609 Narva, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia. Contact: support@oneptgrupposauhing.com, +372 5551 4827.

The company is entered in the Estonian Business Register and its details can be verified at ariregister.rik.ee and, for the VAT number, in the European Commission's VIES system.

2. What this site is

An information site describing services offered by 1PT Grupp Osaühing. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions, service pages and the output of the Solution Estimator are informational; a binding obligation on either side arises only from a written service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Business customers only

B2B only — companies, public institutions and technology teams, under a written service agreement. We do not contract with consumers, and services are not offered to natural persons acting outside a trade, business or profession. If you are not enquiring on behalf of an organisation, please do not use the forms on this site.

Because no contract is offered to consumers, the consumer-protection provisions of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act relating to distance contracts with consumers — including the 14-day right of withdrawal — do not apply to our engagements.

4. Work we do not take on

To be plain about it rather than deciding case by case, 1PT Grupp Osaühing does not accept engagements whose purpose is:

• gambling, betting or gaming-for-money platforms;
• adult content or services;
• consumer financial products, lending, trading signals, crypto-asset promotion or anything resembling investment advice;
• medical claims, treatments, or health products marketed to consumers;
• political campaigning, and content designed to mislead about an election;
• multi-level marketing, lead-generation for "make money" schemes, or pay-per-call support networks;
• software whose purpose is to scrape credentials, bypass authentication, evade platform policy or circumvent sanctions;
• consumer remote technical support operations of any kind — a service we do not provide ourselves and do not build for others to provide.

This is a standing position, not a negotiating one. We will decline such work regardless of budget.

5. Engagements

• Every engagement is governed by a written service agreement setting out scope, stages, acceptance criteria, price, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality and duration.
• Work does not begin before that agreement is signed. Nothing on this website substitutes for it.
• Where personal data is processed on a client's behalf, a data-processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 forms part of the contract.
• Estimates given before signature — including anything produced by the Solution Estimator on this site — are indicative. They are not quotations and do not bind either party.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website — text, layout, code and graphics — belongs to 1PT Grupp Osaühing unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use it to train a system that reproduces it as such.

Rights in work delivered under an engagement transfer as set out in that agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the delivered source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation on payment, with each party keeping the rights to its own pre-existing materials and to general know-how.

7. The Solution Estimator

The estimator on the home page is a planning aid. It computes an indicative delivery window from the answers you give it, using a published model, entirely in your browser. It produces no price, it is not a quotation, and it does not commit 1PT Grupp Osaühing to a schedule. Answers are transmitted to us only if you choose to submit an enquiry.

8. Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is complete or uninterrupted. The company's statutory details are maintained in one place and rendered identically across every page; where this site and the Estonian Business Register ever disagree, the register is authoritative and we would be grateful to be told.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Estonian law. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, 1PT Grupp Osaühing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from an engagement is dealt with in the service agreement for that engagement.

10. Links to other sites

Links to the Business Register, VIES, the Data Protection Inspectorate and Microsoft's privacy statement are provided so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement fall to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless a signed service agreement names a different forum.

If you have a complaint, write to support@oneptgrupposauhing.com or to the registered office above. We answer complaints in writing. Since services under these terms are supplied to businesses only, consumer alternative-dispute-resolution routes do not apply to them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when, and the build identifier in the footer shows which version of the site you are reading. Changes do not alter the terms of an engagement already agreed; those change only by written amendment.
